Pombal is crafted from hand-picked Douro grapes, meticulously sorted and gently processed to preserve fruit character. Fermentation is carefully managed to produce a balanced wine with expressive fruit and harmonious flavours.

Aged for nine months in French oak, it offers a complex aroma of forest floor, wildflowers, and dark fruits. The palate is powerful and structured with fine-grained tannins.
