Winemakers Julien and Sarah Launois have once again lent their expertise to the blending process. Continuing the Ardnamurchan tradition, they have finished their 100% unpeated Ardnamurchan whisky in their exceptional white wine barriques, after an initial maturation in first-fill bourbon casks for five years. This batch comprises twelve wine barriques and a single bourbon cask, creating what they believe to be the most pronounced Paul Launois whisky yet. The result is a luscious, buttery, fresh, and vibrant spirit.
