The Gergenti Organic Frappato is made with organically grown grapes and embodies the unique charm of Sicily. Ruby red in colour with aromas that are fresh and fruity with a scent of blueberries and red berries. The grapes are hand picked early August, the grapes are left to be macerated with their skins for 6 days. After this wine has undergone malolactic fermentation in stainless steel; tanks it is aged in bottle for one month.
