This is a gently oaked chardonnay that displays amazing notes of grapefruit and pineapple aromas that are combined with subtle buttery and vanilla overtones.

30% of the wine is fermented using French oak to enhance the texture and nuances, after fermentation the wine stays on its lees for five months adding complexity and further texture.
