A small batch of 7 barrels from Aultmore distillery has been used to produce this 12 year old single malt. Aromas of raspberry leaf caramel with a touch of toasted oak. Aultmore's fermentation process lends itself to the identifiable 'fragrant on the nose, substantial on the tongue' characteristic.

The palate has loads of vanilla custard with raspberry coulis that coats wonderfully. Buttered popcorn and white chocolate drops with a touch of lemon oil.
