This 9 year old single malt has been cask finished using Oloroso sherry casks. Oloroso sherry is subjected to extensive ageing without a 'flor' yeast layer, Oloroso roughly translates to 'fragrant', this is the darkest dry sherry style renowned for its pronounced nutty and dried fruit qualities.

The resulting finish is a single malt that delivered bold layers of coffee beans, sticky raisins, stem ginger and figs that all work in tandem with The GlenAllachie honey rich house style.
