This single malt has been finished in fino sherry casks. Fino sherry is known for its pale appearance and delicate flavour profile, fino is the driest style of sherry. it must be biologically aged for at least two years under a 'flor' (a yeast layer which prevents oxidation). The result is a single malt bursting with stewed pear, sugared almonds and vanilla custard notes.
