Laissez Faire means 'let it be' and this reflects the hands off approach taken with this wine. Whilst they have learnt from organics, biodynamics and natural wine practices they have not been dictated by one school of thought. You could call this a natural wine but they like to think of them as 'post natural wines'. A healthy and sustainable vineyard with said practices produces something wonderful.

Aromas of beetroot and earth with black cherry, red flowers and oak delivered spices. the tannins are fine and soft with a fine acidity finishing with flavours of black cherry and earthy beetroot.
