A refreshing and fragrant Cabernet  from the vineyards of the Cotes de Thau that surround the lagoons of the Bassin de Thau and get the benefit from a Mediterranean climate yet receive gentle sea breezes. It is fresh and bright with flavours of blackcurrant on a silky palate with a lifted mid-palate and smooth ripe finish.

Aged for six months in oak to add body and structure.

Enjoy with a roast lamb, rosemary and garlic.
