The 2023 release of the Longrow 21 has been matured in a mix of 65% sherry cask and 35% bourbon cask. It has a savoury note for the introduction with notes of hazelnuts and blackcurrants. The palate is syrupy sweet yet delicate on the palate, there are notes of fizzy cola bottles and cigar-box smoke which lead to a characteristically Longrow finish.
