Another fantastic wine from Ontanon, once again. This is a delicious high-altitude and late-ripening Tempranillo that uses the traditional technique of sun-drying bunches before vinification to add concentration and complexity.

Aromas of black cherry and berry with pepper, tobacco leaf and liquorice. Structured and complex on the plalate with layers of plum and blackberry, toasty spice and bright acidity on the finish.
