A small batch of 3 oloroso sherry butts from an Orkney distillery has been used to create this Highland Single Malt, distilled in 2012 and aged for 11 years.

Dark chocolate aromas with kirsch cherries and fresh ginger. The palate is heady and dense with flavours of lebkuchen and walnuts.
