After a mere 17 years of distilling, The English Whisky Distillery has reached the point where there is finally enough stock to introduce a sherry cask matured single cask whisky to their core range. This marks a momentous step for the distillery, representing a significant milestone that showcases the exceptional skill of the distillery team and the depth of their maturing stock.

Wafts of rich dark fruits, almonds and vanilla are followed by a wonderful taste of fruit cake, digestive biscuits, honey and figs with a hint of chocolate, all topped off with a long and sweet finish.
