A hearty 50/50 syrah/grenache blend that remains light on its feet. Sunny south and west facing vineyards on clay dominated soils are 320 meters above sea level which are blessed with refreshing alpine winds, creating a cooler growing environment - thus slowing the ripening time.

There are notes of dark black fruit with a touch of spice and a slight smokiness to it. Lovely concentrated flavours of dark fruits once again on the palate with a little woody herb for its backbone. It is well balanced with tannins that give a little grip and a velvety texture.
