A wonderful wine with a bright, clean and captivating pure character this comes from a vineyard that is highly influenced by the cold Pacific Ocean breezes. The fruit was fermented in stainless steel tanks and has been aged for 11 months in French barrels. Aromas of sour cherry, rosehip and subtle earthy notes. The palate surprises you with a mellow bloody and saline nuance, rather typical of this terroir.
