Exemplifying the essence of Italy both in its presentation and character. Beppe Morchetta Spumante is a fusion of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes resulting in a lively and invigorating blend boasting a modest 11% ABV.
Winemaking: Masterfully curated by Winemaker Massimo Donaldi, our blend comprises Garganega and Trebbiano. The base wine undergoes fermentation at approximately 18°C within stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation embraces the Martinotti - Charmat method, ensuring the birth of graceful bubbles.
Oak Ageing: Aged without the influence of oak, allowing the natural attributes of the wine to flourish.
Tasting Note: Delicate white peach and citrus notes, culminating in an enchanting bitter undertone on the finish. The fine bubbles bestow an alluring fruity character that persists through to the last sip.
Food Pairing: This accessible Italian sparkling gem shines as a splendid aperitif or 'brunch bubbles,' priced to captivate. Moreover, it invites creativity, proving an excellent base for a spritz or Bellini cocktail, adding a touch of Italian allure to your libations.
