Our very popular Retsina is now in a 75cl. Produced in the traditional style of Greek wine this is thought to have begun with wine storage and transportation in clay jars that are sealed with resin. The nose has aromas of rosemary and thyme. The palate has characteristics of pine that come through the lemon citrus flavours which keep it balanced and complex.

A perfect pairing to be had with pan fried fish or grilled lamb. Something with a touch of fennel would be a great shout too.
