Description
Made in a clay cement ovoid tank known as a giant "egg" the lees are continuously forced upward by an internal current resembling a vortex. This gives the wine voluptuousness, purity and texture. The wine carries fine tannins, bright acidity with bay leaf and blackcurrants that lead to a long and moreish finish.
This wine is made from a blend of 85% cabernet sauvignon and 15% nebbiolo.
