This 25 year old single malt whisky comes from Islay's most Northern distillery, known for their unpeated, classically sherried malts. This special bottling was distilled 28th October 1998 and filled into American Oak casks before being moved and finished into first fill Manzanilla sherry casks on the 25th May 2016.

The nose shows notes of freshly baked pastry with sweet almonds, rose petals, grapefruit and dried spices that are balanced with a touch of mahogany and incense. The palate is shows the coastal influence of seaweed and fresh sea air are met with raisins and dates that are intertwined with creamy fudge, waxed red apples and warm sweet spice.
