Produced with a 70% semillon and 30% chardonnay mix that are mechanical harvested from across all of the Victoria State and parts of the South Australia and New South Wales. Pale lemon in colour with citrus and vanilla notes on the nose. The palate is balanced and easy, this wine has substance and warmth and reveals notes of white fruits.

A lovely wine to be had with a mixed salad, white meats and cheeses.
