Abel Sempe founded Sempe in 1934 and devoted his life to Armagnac and the French Republic and was awarded the Croix de Guerre! With values rooted in workers cooperatives with wine growers in the region of Bas Armagnac renowned for the finest quality, skilled artisans distilling in traditional ways he was set to make great products.

The VSOP has notes of dried fruits, prunes and citrus peels on both the nose and the palate. This is best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
