Produced with low intervention practices, while using some of the older plots (or 'sortes' in Galician) that are farmed in a biodynamic way. This wine has good aromatic intensity, a full load of grapefruit, red apple, box wood, wild flowers and an attractive mineral note. The palate is tight and youthful with a lovely richness. Fresh acidity gives this wine vibrancy and a persistent finish.
