An exclusively bottled for the year of the rabbit, this single cask has been finished in an oloroso cask. A delicate Speyside that offers a 'warren' of flavour (how apt). The nose offers apricot jam, figs and underripe peach, growing into spiced creamy carrot cake. The palate builds beautifully from fresh fruit into rich dried fruitcake. The addition of a few drops of water really make it sing and 'leap' out of the glass.
