Sham Mulji of Situ Cafe approached us about the idea of creating a chai masala infused stout, and after some careful thought and research Verdant thought 'why not'? Using a traditional imported spice mix and tea they've attempted to create a sweet stout base full of rich and deep caramels, chocolate, coffee and toasted bread crusts for the full-on spice assault to bounce off! Very small batch, VERY experimental!
