Every November, The Dalmore whisky makers visit the distillery’s historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, our casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand-selected from any one year.

The mature spirit from these casks are then masterfully married to create one harmonious vintage – a rare whisky that reveals the soul of that single year at The Dalmore.

Aromas of honey, fresh baked brioche and iced ginger cake. The palate is orange blossom honey and spices on a bed of mandarins. The finish is patisserie sugar heaven, ginger snaps and cinnamon touches.
