Only 101 precious decanters were extracted from this 42 year old single cask (a 4th fill oloroso sherry hogs head). Aromas are of what you would normally associate with much older whiskies, the vapours offer a lovely sweetness of honey, candy floss and barley sugar. The palate is light, punchy, zesty with fruit on the front. With a few drops of water a much bigger sherry flavour with all the aromas of forest floor presents itself.

This is an outstanding marriage of the oak, sherry and spirit!
