Matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts from the area around the city of Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. The third “Casks of Lindores” bottling features exclusively Sherry butts, one of the three core cask types used at Lindores.

Aromas of mellow fruity prunes, dates, molasses and a touch of vanilla. The palate is mellow dried fruits, molasses, dark chocolate with layers of cinnamon and ginger with a pleasant walnut and chestnut touch.
