A small batch of three butts from Ardlair Distillery have been used to create this Highland Single Malt, distilled in 2010 and aged for 11 years. This is a rich, deep whisky with nuances of wood spice and creamy dark fruit.

Rich deep aromas containing wood polish, vanilla ice cream laced with blackberry coulis, spicy warm sandalwood and fresh jasmine. With a palate of dark runny honey, baking spices, Madagascan vanilla, orange oil and forest floor like notes -think earthy and damp ferns.
