A wonderful dessert wine or a great choice to be paired with foie gras, risotto alla grappa. Golden in colour with amber reflexes. The aromas are rich and showcase honey, walnuts and raisins. The palate is slightly sweet, velvety and harmonic with caramel, almonds and ripe apple aftertaste.

Grapes are dried for 3 months and then aged in 100 liter wooden casks for 3 years!
