The 25 cl bottling of the Cornish Single Malt from Rosemullion is the perfect gifting size or way to tip your toes into Cornish whisky.

The nose is youthful, fresh warm pastries, it is rather heady with creamy oaky notes on a bed of malt. The palate certainly shows off the malt notes again with bright honey and a touch of tobacco and oak. The finish gives a little hint of the peated barley that has been used but you do have to search for it.
