Whisky legend Billy Walker is renowned for his unrivaled cask management expertise. Throughout his 50 year spell in the industry, he has acquired an extensive understanding of whisky maturation; selecting the finest casks, continually evaluating the aging spirit, re-racking into new wood to elevate the flavour experience, and determining the perfect time for bottling.

This 100% sherry matured malt represents Billy's past, when he made a name for himself by releasing rich and indulgent heavily sherried expressions. This experience means he is perfectly placed to develop an exceptional celebratory single malt from nine personally selected 2005 vintage Spanish sherry butts. The resulting liquid is overflowing with rich espresso, heather honey, glazed figs and sweet spices - the archetypal Billy Walker style.
