The Plantation Jamaica 2007 Vintage Rum has been distilled at the Clarendon Distillery and was produced from molasses. Distilled in a Vendome double-retort pot still after 3-4 days fermentation in open vats, this rum expresses the delicate flavours and distinctive character of the Jamaican light pot-still rums. An exquisite edition showcasing the extraordinary diversity of Jamaican rums.

Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022. Aged in Lionel Town, Jamaica for 13 years before continental aging in France for 2 years.
