Description

This cask finished premium aged Caribbean rum is made from a blend of rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Trinidad. This blend has then been double matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and Bourbon casks which have imparted great attributes to the rum making it full of flavour yet a remarkably smooth treat.
