This is an 13 year old rum is produced in Panama by Alcoholes del Istmo using Molasses. Fermentation takes 2-3 days and distilled in Column Stills. Aged tropically for 12 years in bourbon casks and a further 1 year in Ferrand casks.

Fruity and spicy aromas of peach, red berries, orange peel and nutmeg. Evolving to white pepper, custard, lemongrass and pear skin. The palate is honeycomb, red apple and candied roasted hazelnuts with hints of coffee that lead to a lovely finish. The finish has long lasting notes of cigar box, allspice and chocolate notes with a touch of liquorice.
