This Sloe Gin from Westward Farm is in collaboration with their friends at Trebarvah Farm in Seworgan (which is a stones throw away from us here in Constantine). The lovely team at Trebarvah Farm have been busy picking sloes from their hedgerows for this collaboration. These have been steeping for 9 months in the classic Scilly Gin before being sweetened and bottled. This traditional sloe gin is delicious, dark and fruity with a good balance of sweet and sharp. Perfect for drinking neat in front of a cosy fire in the winter, or what about being mixed with bitter lemon, or a traditional cloudy lemonade, or prosecco for a long refreshing drink.
