The nose is heavy with sherry influence showcasing notes of walnut, pipe tobacco, coffee, plum and caramel, evolving towards vanilla, banana and coconut  The palate is rich, almost balsamic with deep notes of leather, cocoa, undergrowth and pepper, with some nutmeg and mango.

Distilled at the West Indies Rum Distillery. 4 years of tropical ageing in bourbon casks and 5.5 years continental ageing in Ferrand casks.
