First of all, the nose offers wooden and vanilla flavours, with notes of cedar, before opening up to an expression of flowers (like the iris) and notes of liquorice, honey, cocoa and cinnamon. The palate is wide, with a good length, and silky tannins.

They all come from the best local distilleries, renowned in their countries of origin. Distilled as small limited series, they will be snapped up.
