Clos Roareti is harvested at optimal ripeness which results in a harmonious, ideally balanced wine. Concentrated and layered with dark berried fruit that is supported by fine oak. A silky palate, full bodied and will develop favorably over the coming years.

 This centuries old single walled vineyard (Clos) contains pebbly soil rich in clay and silt, ideally suited to fine Merlot. The vineyard has excellent south west exposure and the rows are planted on a north south axis. A precise viticulture program is prepared in order to keep the yield low and the grapes healthy.

This vintage goes well when paired with wild boar, venison or prime roast beef.
