France’s answer to New Zealand sauvignon Blanc! Very distinctive and defined, big fleshy gooseberry aromatics and tight kiwi and lime flavours, softened with a peachy finish. Typically lively and refreshing, it is fermented at cool temperature, and aged in stainless steel on its’ fine lees before bottling.
