With Galway Bay Brewery's dedication to flavour and innovation, a collaboration with Teeling was inevitable. Firstly they gave the brewery ex-rum barrels, used to marry Teeling's Small Batch Whiskey to produce the Teeling Whiskey Cask Aged 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout. On their return Teeling refilled these casks with their Small Batch Whiskey and then left it for over 6 months to mature. This whiskey has captured a remarkable depth of dark chocolate and coffee, intermingling with notes of vanilla and spice.
