Located on the sunny hillsides in the South of France, Maison Salasar, founded in 1890 crafted this Blanquette de Limoux from a blend of three grape varieties: Mauzac, Chardonnay and Chenin that are manually harvested. It is round and fruity with a long finale, it suits being appreciated as an aperitif or along with a meal.
