Benromach Peat Smoke Sherry Cask Matured is only ever produced in very small batches, using the finest Scottish barley malted with high levels of peat smoke at 55PPM. Matured in first fill sherry hogshead casks, there are appealing cinnamon and ginger aromas with rich dark chocolate and stewed red berry flavours throughout that lead to a full finish of peat smoke with a hint of sweetness.
