This limited edition, single estate wine from the prestigious Cotes de Provence appellation is made from a blend of Grenache (60%), Cinsault (30%) and a touch of Rolle (10%). Night harvested and gently pressed in a nonoxidative environment, followed by temperature controlled fermentation. Half of the wine is barrelled early in lightly toasted French oak barrels, where it matures slowly with periodic stirring. This process confers a golden colour and lovely complexity to this Rose, with layered notes of green tea, flambéed banana and chamomile.
