With the Cornish being known for a little bit of ye ol' bootleg action, it was not long before Copperfish Distillery turned their hand to making a Cornish Moonshine! This craft spirit is made from a mash of locally grown Cornish corn, malted barley and wheat. Following fermentation and a spirit run on their copper still the end result is a very fine clear spirit which drinks like moonshine or an unaged 'Bourbon' style spirit.
