This craft gin from Looe, Cornwall is made from scratch in copper stills. Strong clear notes of juniper, orange and a classic dry finish sums it up well. Serve with Mediterranean Tonic, ice and a slice of blood orange or if in season Seville orange with a sprig of rosemary.
