Boutinot La Collection Cotes de Thau Blanc 2020 75cl
An aromatic white wine with aromas of white flowers, lime blossom and candied lemon. On the palate, the wine is textured with some exotic fruit such as kumquat and peach.
Sourced from the Bassin de Thau, Picpoul country. It is predominantly Vermentino (60%) which gives the wine its core qualities of citrus levity. Terret (30%) gives the blend complexity and length. 5% each of Grenache Blanc and Viognier fills in the holes to make a completely satisfying dry white wine with some salinity.
