Made by slow roasting nibs from cacao and then with a hit of little chili. This bottle of bitters from Ms Betters Bitters (is there a tongue twister in there?) will certainly add that bitter rich dark chocolate note to them cocktails. We quite fancy having this in espresso martinis for an extra touch!
