This wine is made from grapes that are harvested from 30 year old vines located at an altitude of 750 meters using traditional methods. There is 12 months ageing on less. The result is an aromatic white with ripe white fruit notes with a slight mineral touch. On the palate it is balanced, broad and lingers with flavours of roasted apples and pastries.
