This cabernet sauvignon is made from grapes yielded at high altitude, this means they have a longer ripening period which in turn creates this phenomenal wine. It has bags of fruity notes with blackcurrant being the dominant note, with cedar wood undertones on the nose with a hint of smoke and tobacco leaf which create complexity for the profile. There is a good integration of oak from approximately 15 months in oak, this has created a velvety finish.
