The 4th release of Heavily Peated from Kilkerran and bottled at Cask Strength. This is upfront smoky but it's laced with a wonderful sea-salt and black pepper element. It's a combination of 80% ex-Bourbon casks and 20% ex-Sherry casks, giving a lovely vanilla/honey note underlying, adding a touch of sweetness in the background.
